At Eureka Miniatures UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel to ensure fast processing.

  Ship Your Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or local post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
